Here is the current fixture list for the 2010 season. This year’s slate is full but if you know of someone who is after a game for next season (or indeed are the fixture secretary of a club looking for such a game) then please via email.

Once again Patrick Redding has done a fine job of putting together this list, and I’m sure that all members would like to join me in thanking Pat for his efforts on our behalf.

The experiment with Google Maps continues and work has started on a custom map that shows the locations of our 2010 opposition and makes it as easy as it could possibly get to obtain directions to the ground each week. Be aware, though, that Google Maps is a Web 2.0 application and requires a fairly recent browser (I’ve tested it successfully with Google’s Chrome, Apple’s Safari, Microsoft IE v6/v7/v8, Mozilla Firefox v2/v3 and Opera v9/v10 but it definitely doesn’t work properly with Opera v8).

I would still like to add Multimap links, to complement the existing ones for Streetmap, but it is fairly low on the list of priorities, and is unlikely to happen any time soon, especially given that the Google Maps version seems to be serving the desired purpose.
